Prepares and maintains up to date records and reports.
Schedules lifeguards and swimming instructor’s work hours.
Seasonal Position.
Hours: Sunday – Saturday, 6:30 am – 11:00 pm. Flexible hours. Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
Minimum Standards & Essential Job Functions:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to completion of high school diploma.
Ability to supervise.
Ability to organize and manage special activities.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Perform job duties in a way that promotes a positive image of the City organization and the department; demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and delivers exemplary customer service.
Must have a current or must be able to obtain WSI and Lifeguard Certification.
Applicants must be certified in CPR and First Aid or currently enrolled in a certification class.
Prefer one year of college and Pool Manager experience.
Ability to perform strenuous labor for extended periods of time and work in extreme weather conditions.
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.
