Document widgets simply do a better job at displaying the documents that you store in your Document Central than simply adding a "Document Link" to a text editor/Content Area.There are
4 different Document widgets that you can use to organize your documents to your Site Visitors. On the left of the page you will see:
- Document Folder
- Document List
On the right side:
- Document Folder Box
- Document List Box
The "Free Viewers..." can be removed from the widget by updating the Widget settings if needed
Document Folder-
Use the structure of your Document Central Folders and Subfolders to produce the look and feel you see below. Any Document you upload into the Document Central Folder- can automatically appear within the widget on this page without manually editing this widget on a regular basis
