What are 201 Sessions?

- Trainees must complete all 101 course work before they will be able to sign up for 200 level course work
- This series of sessions is designed for CMS users that will be "Super Users" in their CMS
  - Super Users- CMS Users that will be responsible for managing the website overall
  - These users can build content for any department, and have the highest permission levels in the CMS
- 30 min -1 hour Sessions include:
  - Super User Basics- the Administration and Configurations drop down, and Super User tasks and responsibilities
  - System Variables
  - Information Architecture/Content Strategy- Drive visitors to the right content
  - An "Introduction" to CMS User Permissions- How to: fill out your User permissions spreadsheet with your Project Manager (new CMS build)
  - Build your own/customize Content Groups, Workflows, and Content Roles (long standing clients/post launch)
